First installation of FXIJ water-based inkjet printer at Japanese packaging converter for wide laminated paper surface printing

GEOPACK (Tokyo, Japan), a supplier of specialized packaging materials for agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, has installed THINK LABORATORY's wide-format FXIJ water-based inkjet press at its plant. This is the first adoption by a packaging converter in Japan for surface printing on laminated paper substrates. The investment is expected to strengthen the company's ability to meet ultra-short lead times in its existing business, while supporting expansion into new markets requiring high-mix, small-lot production.
