Nissha Schuster offers ecosense molding in Europe for pharmaceutical packaging as well as plastic molded products for mobility.

Pulp-Injection, one of ecosense molding lineup, is an injection molded product made mainly from pulp, starch, and water. It has equivalent flexibility in shape and strength to plastic, is lighter than plastic, and can be recycled as paper in Europe.

Opening the new factory at Nissha Schuster will significantly expand production capacity of ecosense molding. Through operations, we intend to develop our business to include packaging for cosmetics so as for pharmaceuticals and achieve sales of more than 10 billion yen in 2030 through ecosense molding.

In addition, solar panels have been set up in the new factory. We aim to build an efficient and sustainable production process while improving productivity through such as automation.
