Rengo Subsidiary Tri-Wall Acquires an Equity Interest in Manufacturer of Heavy Duty Packaging Materials in the United States

Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired a 25% equity interest in Concept Packaging Group LLC, through Tri-Wall’s wholly owned subsidiary.
Concept Packaging Group LLC is a heavy duty packaging manufacturer, headquartered in South Carolina. Concept Packaging Group LLC manufactures and sells packaging materials, such as heavy duty corrugated packaging, mainly for automotive-related industries.
Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. Now, with the addition of Concept Packaging Group LLC, Rengo enhances the production capability and its network in the United States. Rengo will continue to strengthen its supply system further and respond to more diverse packaging/service needs.
