SCREEN celebrates milestone after reaching 350 installations of Truepress LABEL 350UV systems worldwide − Belgian label printing company Digi-Paq installs seventh system

SCREEN Graphic Solutions Co., Ltd. (SCREEN GA) is pleased to announce it has now installed a total of 350 systems from its Truepress LABEL 350UV inkjet series worldwide. The milestone 350th system, a Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S, is the seventh installed by Digi-Paq, a label printing company based in the Flanders region of Belgium.
Since its launch in 2017, Digi-Paq has pursued a label production strategy centered on digital printing. As its client demand for high-mix, small lot runs with short delivery times and high quality grew, Digi-Paq recognized SCREEN GA’s digital technologies offered effective solutions in areas not fully served by analog printing. After identifying this opportunity, the company quickly installed SCREEN GA’s Truepress LABEL 350UV series in its first year of operation.

Digi-Paq has continued to invest in new equipment in line with its growth, installing a total of seven Truepress LABEL 350UV systems, including generational upgrades. It currently operates five presses to ensure stable production. This approach has enabled Digi-Paq to improve its competitive edge while flexibly responding to market changes, helping it to achieve steady expansion through to the present day.

Digi-Paq values the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI series’ ability to maintain consistent quality even as its short turnaround jobs have increased. The presses’ superior productivity enhances the company’s ability to meet tight deadlines, while the wide color gamut achievable with orange and blue inks allows it to satisfy the needs of customers who prioritize brand colors.

This balance makes the systems an ideal fit for Digi-Paq’s business. Especially with repeat orders, their consistent color reproduction and density have greatly simplified color matching, earning high praise from Digi-Paq for their contribution to both operational efficiency and quality.

In terms of color reproduction, the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S is the industry’s first UV inkjet label system to meet the CRPC7 standard for extra-large gamut printing processes as part of the Digital Press System Certification established by US-based Idealliance. This certification is only awarded to digital printing presses that meet specific standards based on multiple evaluation criteria, including colorimetric accuracy, uniformity, repeatability, durability and registration.

This latest milestone demonstrates the continuing high evaluation and interest in installing the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI series by printing companies around the world. It also symbolizes the strong and trusting relationships and partnerships that SCREEN GA has built with its customers over the years.
