The Group is committed to achieving growth and increasing corporate value through its new  Purpose, Slogan and Our Way. And these are an integral part of how its employees set about  achieving those goals for the benefit of all stakeholders, including our customers and  shareholders. <\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Purpose <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Purpose is an expression of what it is striving for and why it exists. It expresses the  Group\u2019s persistent determination to realize KAITEKI, the Group\u2019s North Star, which has guided  the organization and its commitment to its stakeholders since 2011. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>We lead with innovative solutions <\/strong> <br><strong>to achieve KAITEKI,  <\/strong> <br><strong>the well-being of people and the planet. <\/strong>  <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Slogan <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Slogan reflects the three management strategies the Group chose to realize its KAITEKI  purpose\u2014Management of Technology (MOT), Management of Economics (MOE), and  Management of Sustainability (MOS).
