Based in Taiwan, ASE is one of the world\u2019s leading companies in the field of back-end semiconductor manufacturing packaging and testing. The awards ceremony took place on June 13, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These awards are conferred on suppliers involved in semiconductor back-end processes, who have played a critical role in supporting ASE\u2019s business strategy.
