The restart of production operations will be delayed until the problem is resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The situation as it is known today is outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\uff11\uff0eRestart date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While we are working to fix the problem so that the plant may resume production at the earliest date possible, we currently expect that it will be approximately two or three months until this can occur.
