Characteristics:
This machine has the same performance as the “DX” paper polishing machine, but includes a post-polishing automatic water-washing system.
Post-polishing water washing suppresses the dispersion of grinding powder, and because the regular post-polishing washing process is eliminated, there is no need for cleaning solvents. The polished cylinder is chilled, so can immediately be used for proof printing.

Functions:
-Automatically and rapidly produces the ideal cross polishing grain that was conventionally produced by hand, which reduces redundant operations in the printing machine.
-The system operates by simply setting the cylinder and pressing a switch, so dedicated personnel are not required, while polishing variation caused by individual worker ability is eliminated.
-Using the “GN Lifter,” even heavy cylinders can be lifted by hand for easy mounting and removing.
