Material: SUS316L
Slit Deviation: within 2 μm/1,700 mm length
Tip Surface Straightness: within 2 μm/1,700 mm length
Tip Surface Roughness: Rz 0.130 (realized via an ultra-precise grinding lathe and our proprietary whetstone)

-The material for our dies can either be magnetic (SUS630, etc.) or nonmagnetic (SUS316, etc.)
-Our dedicated die coating engineers also handle proposals for die channel structures and design
-We also overhaul, repair damage to, and alter coating dies (slot dies) manufactured by other makers
