Characteristics:
This advanced flange grinding machine grinds rusted cylinder flanges and deformed cylinders, such as those with center runout. By reusing cylinders, costs can be reduced, and because operations are simple, even employees with no experience in grinding work can immediately operate the machine.

Functions:
-The machine easily grinds the cylinder without scratching the cylinder surfaces, including the flange surfaces, corners, and keyway.
-If the incidental “Keyway Grinding Device” is used, a new keyway can be produced in a few minutes.
-The dedicated “GN Lifter” allows the printing cylinder to be set easily. Because the cylinder can be rotated 360 degrees on the grinder, grinding of the reverse side is convenient.
