Mitsui Chemicals ICT Materia Wins Best Supplier Award From World-Leading Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Company ASE

2024.07.11----Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Mitsui Chemicals ICT Materia, Inc. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: SAIMOTO Yoshihisa) recently won a 2023 Best Supplier Award from Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. (ASE. Kaohsiung; CEO: Jason C. S. Chang). Based in Taiwan, ASE is one of the world’s leading companies in the field of back-end semiconductor manufacturing packaging and testing. The awards ceremony took place on June 13, 2024.

These awards are conferred on suppliers involved in semiconductor back-end processes, who have played a critical role in supporting ASE’s business strategy. In bestowing this award, ASE highly commended Mitsui Chemicals ICT Materia’s contribution to reducing costs by standardizing components used within ASE, and also the company’s ability to offer advanced technology solutions.
