グレイテック

ロール表面に滑り性を付与する技術として、これまでにACT処理（NBRゴム）やタイガーコート（金属ロール）を開発・商品化して好評を博しています。
今回新たに、より多くのゴム材質のロール表面に滑り性を付与できる技術として「グレイテック処理」を開発しました。
NBRにとどまらずEPT系はじめ各種ゴムロールにグレイテック処理することで、摩擦係数0.3～0.4、耐溶剤性の表面が得られます。
用途は、ロール to ロールプロセスにおけるガイドロール、タッチロールやグラビア圧胴ロールへの展開を図っています。
この処理技術を適用できるゴム材質を拡大すべく、更なる開発検討を行っています。

●フィルム製膜工程のTダイ直下で使われるニップロールはフィルムのヘイズ（曇り・拡散度合）や質感をコントロールする目的で、様々な面粗のものが使い分けられています。
●クリアなフィルムを得るべく、面粗の値を極力小さくして平滑な表面にしたものが『鏡面ロール　シリックＭ』。その面粗はRa<0.1で、薄膜鏡面材質は耐熱性・離形性に優れています。 ●フィルム材質は　オレフィン系、ポリカーボネート、塩ビ系からフッ素樹脂まで様々な実績あり。 ●金属鏡面スリーブの代替としてもご利用いただけます。

Excellent surface characteristics, oil resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance
-UE TACK
Using the properties of a special resin, this roll can remove dust (weak adhesion)
Excellent wear resistance
Has conductivity (108Ω)
-SILIC SWEEPER
Using the suction strength of a special silicone, this roll can easily remove dust and debris
Excellent thermal stability, weather resistance, and wear resistance (thermal stability up to 180ºC)
Ideal for adhering mylar films to substrates

Applications:
Printed circuit board production processes, liquid-crystal plate processing, film production processes, precision equipment and electronics production processes
