It is the simple structural self-ball-lock type rarely generating paper particle. It has strong grip force with putting multiple balls side by side. The tension control is PAT lateral pressure method. The paper core is gripped by the ball spherical surface.
The tension control is either a lateral pressure coil spring type or a pneumatic pressure type. As increasing wound roll weight while winding, it automatically adds to the tension. It requires only variable speed motor, powder crutch, and precise decompression valve. The pneumatic pressure range is 0.02 Mpa – 0.4 Mpa. Specially the maintenance less requires because of less breakdown. There are many actual results that it demonstrates an ability to metal foil requiring high tension. It can be used for plastic and paper cores, high temperature, and vacuum condition.
