This film forming machine coats in a vacuum using a roll-to-roll system.
Characteristics:
-Vacuum Exhaust System
Oil circulation pump + dispersion pump + poly cold chiller + turbo particle pump (with pressure control valve). The main vacuum pump can be equipped with a cryo pump or a turbo particle pump. Exhaust speed: 2×10-3 Pa within 15 minutes. Final pressure: less than 1×10-4 Pa
-Rewinding System
Tension feedback control + speed control. Chilling roller (-10 to 150ºC)
-Can be equipped with a maximum of three Magneto Sputtering systems having a DC or RF power source. Electron gun or resistance heating can also be used for metallization.
-Pretreatment System
Heater based gas release mechanism. Surface treatment using an RF power source is also possible

-Substrate Width: 700 mm (can also handle arbitrary widths)
